The books should be around 50,000 words (bonus points awarded if exactly 50,000)
They shall be written in these timeframes:
Planning - 28th June-9th July
Writing - 10th July- 10th August
Proofing and Editing - 11th August-17th August
Writing - 10th July- 10th August
Proofing and Editing - 11th August-17th August
Release - 18th August (or possibly after, given that that's results day)
They shall be judged by these judges (email us (with the obviously fake bit removed) if you'd like to join them)
Judges - Nick Smith, Kate Hawes, Tom Mills, James Wilson, Mark Osborn
and judged by these criteria
When finished and edited, the books will be put on the Kindle store and Smashwords (which lists them in most other big ebook stores - the iBookstore, Barnes & Noble, Sony, etc) and any others we feel like, priced at $2.99/£1.99/€2.49
